Volunteers Needed!

To make this inaugural event a success, we need your help.  There are plenty of ways to help.  No effort is too small and greatly appreciated!

Please email swingologydc@hotmail.com directly if you can help with any of the following:

Set up (requires early arrival)

Check in (requires early arrival)

Direct Glampers to their lodging (requires early arrival)

Bring an EZ up (label w/ name and cell number)

Bring coolers filled with ice (label w/ name and cell number)

Bring extra folding chairs (label w/ name and cell number)

High resolution photography/videos so we can have pictures for next year!  Artist credit will be given.

Dish duty after Breakfast and Dinner (can be several rotating volunteers)

Trash duty each evening (can be several rotating volunteers)

Sunday clean-up
